Photory AI (“PhotoryAI”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) turns your still photos into cinematic memory films. We respect the moments you share with us and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains the information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you can make.

• Account details: Name, email address, password, and contact preferences you provide when creating an account.
• Uploaded media: Photos, audio, project titles, and descriptions you submit to generate videos. Metadata (EXIF) is retained only to support rendering accuracy.
• Usage data: Log files, device information, browser type, and interactions collected through analytics and cookies to improve performance.
• Billing data: Payment details handled by our PCI-compliant processors (Stripe and Paddle). We do not store full payment card numbers.

3. How we use information

• Render cinematic videos and deliver project outputs.
• Provide customer support and notify you about updates.
• Process payments, subscriptions, and invoicing.
• Monitor usage to maintain security, prevent abuse, and improve PhotoryAI.
• Personalize templates, music selections, and on-boarding experiences.

4. Sharing and disclosure

We never sell your data. We only share information with trusted service providers who help us operate PhotoryAI (e.g. hosting, storage, analytics, payment processing). All vendors are bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect PhotoryAI, our users, or the public from harm.

5. Retention & deletion

Uploaded media is encrypted in transit and at rest. We retain raw photos for 30 days so you can request edits or re-renders. You may delete assets at any time from your dashboard, and we will purge them from active systems within 24 hours. Backups are deleted on a rolling 30-day cycle.

• Access, update, or delete your account information.
• Download your rendered videos and uploaded photos.
• Opt in or out of marketing communications at any time by adjusting email preferences.

7. International transfers

We may process data outside your home country using secure cloud providers in the United States and European Union. When we transfer personal data internationally, we rely on approved safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses to protect your information.
